Disc Return Rollers
On return rollers, support-spaced rubber discs can be used to prevent the conveyed material from caking on the roller. They can also prevent wear to the carrying side of the belt. Depending on your application, various disc profiles and materials are available. The disc arrangement is made as per customer unique demand.
The rubber disc is bunched together at either ends of the roller to provide support and protection to the belt’s edges.
