Crimped Wire Mesh
We supply screens with apertures as follows: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm & 65mm wire meshes. Vibrating screens are mounted above bag filling stations, roto packers and bulk loading stations. It offers optimal safety against foreign bodies, material lumps, and other oversize particles. Selection of mesh width, wire thickness and screen materials are done depending upon the individual requirement.
Our screen normally comes at a mesh width of 3660mm x 1860mm. Manganese wire screens are used in high-speed vibrating screens made to withstand rigorous fatigue treatment produced by the screens surfaces and can survive the day and night attrition experienced in mining, quarries, sand and gravel pits.
